Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, or

if your order consists of several partial shipments: the day on which you received the last item.

2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the lowest standard delivery we offer).
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
3. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

4. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If items show signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we may deduct a portion of the refund.
5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that have been used or damaged by the customer

Hygiene products that have been opened after delivery

Personalized goods

Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened
